האתר GoJump.Online (להלן: "האתר") מופעל ומנוהל על־ידי הצנחניה מועדון צניחה 2019 בעמ ומכבד את פרטיות המשתמשים בו. מטרת מסמך זה היא לפרט את מדיניות הפרטיות הנהוגה באתר, את אופן איסוף המידע, השימוש בו, שמירתו, וכן את זכויות המשתמשים על פי הדין.

1. איסוף מידע

בעת השימוש באתר, נאסף מידע בשתי דרכים:

מידע שמוסר המשתמש ביודעין – בעת הרשמה, הזמנת מקום, ביצוע רכישה, מילוי טפסים או פנייה לשירות הלקוחות באמצעות דוא"ל או הודעות מיידייות דוגמאת Whatsapp.
מידע שנאסף אוטומטית – כתובת IP, סוג הדפדפן, מיקום גיאוגרפי משוער, נתוני גלישה, קובצי Cookies, ונתוני צד שלישי (כגון Google Analytics). Facebook ועוד.

2. מטרות השימוש במידע

המידע הנאסף ישמש לצרכים הבאים:

מתן שירותים למשתמשי האתר.
שיפור חוויית המשתמש ותפעול האתר.
שליחת עדכונים, הצעות שיווקיות ומבצעים (בכפוף להסכמה).
עמידה בדרישות חוק, רגולציה ורשויות מוסמכות.
מתן שירות לקוחות.

3. מסירת מידע לצדדים שלישיים

החברה לא תעביר מידע אישי לצדדים שלישיים אלא במקרים הבאים:

כאשר ניתנה הסכמה מפורשת מראש.
לצורך מתן השירותים (כגון חברות סליקה, משלוחים, ספקי IT).
לצורך עמידה בדרישות החוק, לרבות לפי צו שיפוטי.
במקרה של מחלוקת משפטית הדורשת חשיפת המידע.

4. אבטחת מידע

החברה נוקטת באמצעי אבטחה מקובלים בתעשייה לשמירת המידע האישי, בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א–1981, תקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), התשע"ז–2017, ותיקון 13 לחוק.
עם זאת, אין אבטחה מוחלטת והחברה אינה מתחייבת שהמידע לא ייחשף או יודלף כתוצאה מפריצה או אירוע אבטחה.

5. שמירת מידע

המידע האישי יישמר במאגר מידע מאובטח ככל הניתן, עם גישה מוגבלת לאנשים ספציפים מטעם החברה. החברה מתחייבת לעשות שימוש במידע אך ורק למטרות המוצהרות ולתקופות השמירה הנדרשות על פי החוק.

6. זכויות המשתמש

בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות (תיקון מס' 13):

לכל אדם הזכות לעיין במידע שנאסף עליו במאגר.
זכות לתקן או למחוק מידע שגוי או לא רלוונטי.
בקשה כזו תיעשה בכתב בלבד אל info@gojump.online בצירוף הפרטים המזהים אותם ברצון המשתמש לאתר במאגר המידע, כגון: תז. / אימייל / טלפון נייד או כל פרט חד חד ערכי מזהה אחר.
החברה תשיב לבקשה תוך פרק הזמן הקבוע בחוק.

7. שימוש בקובצי Cookies

האתר משתמש בקובצי Cookies לצורכי תפעול, ניתוח שימושים באתר והתאמת תוכן אישי. המשתמש רשאי לחסום או למחוק Cookies באמצעות הדפדפן, אולם ייתכן שחלק מהשירותים באתר לא יהיו זמינים.

החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לעדכן את מדיניות הפרטיות מעת לעת. נוסח מעודכן יפורסם באתר וייכנס לתוקף מייד עם פרסומו.

The website GoJump.Online (hereinafter: "the Website") is operated and managed by Hazanhaniya Skydiving Club 2019 Ltd. and respects the privacy of its users.
The purpose of this document is to detail the Website’s privacy policy, the methods of data collection, its use, storage, and the rights of users under applicable law.

1. Data Collection

When using the Website, information is collected in two ways:

Information knowingly provided by the user – during registration, booking a reservation, making a purchase, filling in forms, or contacting customer service via email or instant messaging platforms such as WhatsApp.
Information collected automatically – IP address, browser type, approximate geographic location, browsing data, Cookies, and third-party data (such as Google Analytics, Facebook, and others).

2. Purposes of Use of Information

The information collected will be used for the following purposes:

Providing services to Website users.
Improving user experience and Website operation.
Sending updates, marketing offers, and promotions (subject to consent).
Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and requests of competent authorities.
Providing customer service.

3. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

The Company will not transfer personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

For the purpose of providing services (such as payment processors, shipping companies, IT providers).
To comply with legal requirements, including pursuant to a judicial order.

The Company implements industry-standard security measures to protect personal information, in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 2017, and Amendment 13 to the Law.
However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed, and the Company does not undertake that the information will not be exposed or leaked as a result of hacking or security incidents.

5. Data Retention

Personal information will be stored in a secure database to the extent possible, with limited access granted only to specific authorized Company personnel.
The Company undertakes to use the information solely for the declared purposes and for the retention periods required by law.

6. User Rights

In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law (Amendment No. 13):

Every individual has the right to review information collected about them in the database.
The right to correct or delete incorrect or irrelevant information.
Such a request must be made in writing only, to info@gojump.online, accompanied by identifying details that the user wishes to locate in the database, such as: ID number, email, mobile phone, or any other unique identifying detail.
The Company will respond to the request within the timeframe set by law.

7. Use of Cookies

The Website uses Cookies for operational purposes, analysis of Website usage, and personalization of content.
The user may block or delete Cookies through the browser, although some services on the Website may not be available as a result.
